These two are getting married this Saturday (yay!) so I thought now was a good time to finally share their engagement session from last fall. (I know, I know..) I can’t believe I didn’t shared this one sooner, not just because I loved photographing these two beautiful human beings but also because we got to hang out with their dog Penny the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel (my favorite kind of dog!) and we made a new goat friend (my favorite kind of farm animal!). Am I lucky or what? Jessica chose Soule Homestead for her engagement photos because her father actually grew up there and helped take care of the farm. It was such special way to honor her father since he is no longer with us and it was an honor for me to get to experience the history of the place and learn about all of the people that have cared for it over the years. We were even invited into the farmhouse by the caretaker and were all sent home with garden veggies, I couldn’t have asked for a better evening! Jessica + Hadrien, I can’t wait to laugh, cry and celebrate with you this weekend. See you soon!
